Please schedule a free discovery call, and you’ll receive a link for the video call. After the video call has taken place, we’ll create a custom proposal based on our conversation including a timeline. We often schedule a follow-up call to go over the proposal together and answer any questions. Once approved, you’ll receive a contract and the deposit invoice to secure your spot in the studio calendar. Launch timelines typically range from 6–10 weeks, depending on the scope.

For projects like a website or e-commerce store, we work with a 50/50 payment structure: 50% to secure your booking, 50% when the project is finished. Need more flexibility? Just ask and we can draft a payment schedule that suits both our businesses.

For monthly services like social media management or e-mail marketing, you’ll receive an invoice at the end of each month for the work delivered in the month ahead.

You can rest assured that we maintain a certain level of ''professional secrecy''. Obviously, I don't share data or contacts between my clients. Nor would Studio Earl retain clients if we were not careful with data and briefings.

Along the other hand, it is just an advantage if Studio Earl already has clients in its portfolio that are in the same industry as your company. This means that we are already somewhat familiar with the market and know how your target audience thinks.
